We ship directly from our fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery times:

UK & Europe: 7–15 business days

Australia & NZ: 7–20 business days

Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping fees may apply.

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, items must be:

Unused and in original packaging

In the same condition you received them

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns for items that show signs of use or tampering. (If your product falls into a hygiene category, keep this line; otherwise remove.)

Photos (if the item is damaged/defective)

We’ll respond with return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error, we’ll cover return shipping (or offer a replacement/refund without requiring a return, depending on the case).

If the return is due to customer preference (changed mind, ordered wrong item, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing depends on your bank/payment provider).

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video so we can fix it fast.

Order Cancellations / Changes
If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us immediately. Once an order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
