"I have a warranty issue." — Every Valenor device is backed by a manufacturer warranty. If something's wrong, we replace it. Email us a quick description of the issue and we'll take it from there.

Shipping & Fulfillment

All orders ship within 1–2 business days from our fulfillment centre and are delivered across all Canadian provinces in 7-15 business days. Pricing is in CAD. No surprise duties, no hidden fees.
